Prerequisites

1. Access to subdomain

Procedure

1. login
2. content > add content > news/ spotlight
3. Insert Title, recomended SP-person’s name
4. select display type > spotlight
5. headline > Spotlight’s name
6. insert Body text > spotlight’s story
7. insert Tabbed/Accordion, new or existing as needed
8. insert Sidebar Items, new or existing as needed
9. add content taxonomy as needed
10. Click advanced options for
    1. display publish on date
    2. image, upload new or add existing
11. right hand side of the page has configuration options to do the following as you desire a. Menu Settings, where the page lies in navigation b. metatags d. scheduling, when the page is live to viewers or not New Feature e. URL Alias f. Authoring information g. promotion options h. xml sitemap
12. click tickmark by published if you want it to go live on save
13. click save
