Summary
How to add or remove roles to user accounts. A user can add a role to an account equal but not above to their own role. (e.g. A Manager is not able to make another user an Administrator but an Administrator can make a user any role upto and including Aministrator. )

Click on “People”

Find the username you are trying to add or remove a role from and click the edit button next to the role.

Select the role you want to add or remove.
